** Claims Workspace URL change **

Modified on Thu, Jul 2 at 4:03 AM

Across 2026 and 2027, our web addresses (URLs) and notification email addresses will be changing to reflect our ‘Cotality’ branding.

Key Highlights of the Change

  • New URL Format: Current symbility.net addresses will be replaced by
    [country]-claimsworkspace.cotality.app.
  • New Production outbound Email Address: All system notifications and password resets will move to a new sender: noreply-[country]@claimsworkspace.cotality.app.

country = UK, BE, ZA, DE

    Required Updates:
To maintain service, clients will need to:
    • whitelist these new URLs/emails
    • if applicable, whitelist these on sites used for the Data Export SFTP downloads
    • change and test API integrations
    • update SSO configurations.

Timeline and Phases

We will communicate exact dates once confirmed however, we are taking a phased approach to ensure a smooth transition:

  • Phase 1 – Soft Switch (Q4 2026): New URLs launch alongside the old ones. Users will see a warning banner prompting them to switch.
  • Phase 2 – Stress Test (Q1 2027): Access to staging and pre-production environments will move exclusively to the new URLs to flush out any technical issues.
  • Phase 3 – Hard Deadline (Q2 2027): Old symbility.net URLs will be retired. Access will only be possible via the new Cotality addresses.

Next Steps

Please contact our Support team to obtain the Product Change Summary Pack to share with your IT or appropriate technical teams as soon as possible
They will require to carry out internal impact analysis to ensure your users do not lose access and if applicable,  integrations are not disrupted during this transition.
